I have just got some millers fuel treatment for my VRS, so I know how much to put in I was wondering if somebody could tell me the fuel tank size, I think its a full measure per 20L

The fuel tank has a capacity of about 45 litres.

Source: Page 187 of Fabia Owner's Manual.

If you include the expansion tank,it's 50 litres or thereabouts.

Put the magic potion in before you fill up,the recite the lucky incantation "Go Millers go go go go" as you fill the tank with Shell Diesel Extra.

Reciting the special incantation gauantees an extra 0.3 MPG.Honest.

I just throw in 4 shots per tankful. That's roughly double strength. The stuff definitely works, and works well.

The engine runs a bit smoother, only very marginally noticeable though. Same with mpg, its improved but only very slightly ie 2-4 mpg on a motorway trip. Whether it's worth it cost wise I dunno but we use it in the Furby and bros 335d.

EDIT: I add one or occasionally 2 capfuls on an empty tank before I fill it up completely.

I add 100ml per full tank.

Using cruise control and only a few bank-robber starts with 10K on the clock I am getting 50-52mpg.

I lob 50 to 75ml in with a tankful. Definitely helps the car run better on any type of diesel and I get good economy. Had 66mpg on a 70mph motorway run yesterday. Although that's partially to do with my turbo being fairly off-boost at this speed/revs combo (2000rpm, 70mph, around 0.2 bar on the flat)

Not wanting to big myself up, but I can get that, sans additives, not using cruise control*, and I don't hang around all that much. Standard vRS, just clicked by 30,000k...

Not all of us have standard cars though

Doing 70/71mph on the gps (speedo shows 75mph) I get 49/50mpg over 90 miles on a motorway. Doing 80mph on the gps (speedo shows around 86mph) this drops down to 44mpg. Around town I'll get around 40mpg. And I don't hang around either, hence my blown turbo But the Millers Diesel Sport 4 does help very slightly, emphasis on the word 'slightly'

Is it worth the money or even the effort of buying it and putting it in for these 'very marginal' results?

I find a very real benefit with the new Millers Power Sport 4.

Reduced smoke

Slight increase in mpg.

Overall increase in smoothness

The biggest benefit is reduced clatteryness, especially on startup.

Try it to believe it!

It lubricates the fuel pump which has to be a good thing on older cars.

Sulphur in the derv used to do this, but not any more.

Getting < 30mpg is potentially showing that I may be progressing very well I suppose then

Brick-shaped car & some speed ==> bad fuel economy. I so want my propane back on but I'm not doing it until I can afford a tuner to do it.. It wasn't the reason the engine went pop, but it didnt help it when it started to go...
