Haven't got one as of yet, but they do normally send us stuff like that. They once sent me a mint one. As it happens I hate air fresheners with a passion, they are a wonderful way to enhance travel sickness!!

Maybe the suggestion is that a fully-unsheathed air freshener causes travel sickness more than a partially uncovered one...?
