Then why own a skoda when you could own...

Because I need 4 seats and a boot. Which is why I bought the Skoda.

I wouldn't invest a lot of time and money getting something which at the end of it only had three seats and a glovebox...

Same arguement can be used.

You'll achieve perfection for your car' date=' but a car designed to get you A to B quicker will outperform it. So I won't get perfection in my car, but i'll get damn close :)

Either way I find well reproduced music keeps me calm on my morning drive up the M3 :irked:

I personally will be having a Jabba remap of my PD, a boost/fuel controller, replace the air filter and think about the exhaust giving close to 200bhp. But thats when my warranty runs out :) (or close to)[/quote']

None of us can afford one of those. I doubt if I can afford the kind of sound system you are planning to put in your car. But while I'd like an Ultima, I don't think I'd get the same enjoyment out of spending thousands on a car audio install knowing I'm only going to be exposed to it for 3 hours a day and as Rob said earlier, knowing it will make my car a thief magnet.

As I said, if its all hidden and you don't listen to it loud, how will anyone know what stereo you have in it?

:)

They will know - trust me. And I thought the entire discussion was about why you had to have it loud to appreciate it ... if you don't have it loud what's the point of the 2500 watts? And don't tell me you need 2450 watts of headroom :D

lol

Loud on motorways, not round town, where it annoys peope :)

Also as I said, I've had stereos worth over

Oh well each to their own.
