Plenty of helmets cross over - mine was bought on eBay as a bike helmet. It's only the really cheap ones AFAIK that won't meet the standard.

Don't believe so... Erik@AAT is doing various helmets which will be fine for the trackday. As long as it's not a bicycle helmet I think you'll be fine.

I stand to be corrected, but i doubt if they'll be checking each & every helmet on the day. You'll probably get away with a half-decent bike lid

Get a tape measure and measure around your head including your ears...most normal people have a large head...around 61cm.

Buy an XL one ..............one size fits all .............if not , just pull the straps tighter

I would look in bike shops first - just be careful to pick one that meets the standards.
