proper official officers can warn me or do me for anything i do wrong but if any old Joe can accuse me of something and they follow it through regardless then thats terrible.

this really sucks... all it takes is someone with a grudge against you, and you have the police knocking on the door!!!!!! I would refuse to sign , go to court, and tell them to prove it.... it deffinatly doesn't follow the "innocent until proven guilty" common sense. we are living in a SICK country when this can be done by the police, but the goverment is letting out violent criminals, and refusing to punish them.

a friend of mine is a copper, and he hates this sort of thing, as all it does is make general public HATE the police, when actually they are doing a difficult job under difficult circumstanses... they SHOULDN'T have to meet "ticket targets" that the goverment set.... the goverment should look at themselves and take note that the FIRST priority of goverment is the safety of it's citizens, before it starts letting old criminals out of jail, and refusing to send new ones to jail...
