Hey Rat Fans....Roland here

Featured Replies

Not been on here since Sept 2005  as i had forgot my username etc, but i'm back now.

Introducing Roland, my Felicia Rat.

He's a '99 Skoda Felicia 1.3Mpi, that I have just done a deal with my old Skoda Felicia Pickup for.

Plans are to finish off the de-handleing and then a full rub down and respray, with the possibility of euro style.

I'm currently thinking nato green, with a stenciled Skoda winged arrow, or the new bright yellow that the new Skoda Octavia vRS comes in.

Comments welcome, I know its not to a lot of peoples tastes, but at the moment it basically stands me at sod all

could someone move this into the Felicia section please, i posted in the wrong 1..

Thanks

blimey, that thing has seen some action

Blimey Kenton

That will get some attention as you drive it about.

I suspect that the cops will be drawn to it too,

as lack of shiny top coat = poorly maintained vehicle in many people's eyes.

cheers ... Darren

I like the German plates too ( from dubmeister I guess?)

Are you going to get a giant chess set for the roof?

Is he very heavy, well settled, or slammed on standard steels?

In the last case, how about a "mickey mouse" pattern in Nato Green and Black? Then you don't need to spend out on new wheels, unless you fancy a set of banded steels.

From the badges on the front and back are you sure it's not a cut and shut job????:):):):)

Only Joking, looks like it has a lot of potential.

graham

I noticed this car on a well known auction site and I wasn't impressed.

as graham says kenton "ITS GOT POTENTIAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I think your springs are broken mate! LOL

Good luck fella! Your a braver man than me. :pants:

as graham says kenton "ITS GOT POTENTIAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

the question is steve

how could graham in banbury have possibly known how apt that comment was?

(if you don't live in the scunthorpe &r doncaster area,

you'll just have to trust us that it's kenton's catchphrase.

not that we'd tease him mercilessly about it,

after all kenton's about 6'3" & above average build)

News travels all the way to Banbury very quickly! And potential is what it has.

:) :) :)

What do you mean Chelle???

Nothing wrong with rat look, and when have you ever known me drive anything plain and boring???

  • 2 weeks later...

you need those wheels.

Don't take any notice Kenton, you drive what you can and looks aren't everything. Look at Hell 5. Anybody good with a spray gun to give an old girl a coat of paint. Would make a nice birthday present in October

it will cost a bomb in tipex to do the tyres like that, lol

..What is the "Rat look" I really dont understand it.

..What is the "Rat look" I really dont understand it.

A deliberate attempt to make your car look unroadworthy,

thereby guaranteeing that every traffic police patrol will pull you over

& inspect the vehicle for defects, photocopied tax discs, dodgy numberplates.

Some cars achieve the "rat look" intentionally,

others unintentionally.

I'm not sure if I understand it though!

rat look works best on cars that have something to hide.... like a HUGE engine

I've seen a "rat look" vee dub camper in donny today,

I kinda liked it, but I still think you're inviting unwanted attention.

I'm sure if Kenton looked through all his parts

he'd find a Chevy V8 for his Felicia!
