A friend of mine was looking at E-type jags a couple of weeks ago and asked my opinion of a couple of ebay adverts.

Again newly registered sellers with no feedback and ridiculously low prices.

I don't know what the scam is although you mention you are waiting for it to be shipped to you - have you had to pay up front before you see it (as opposed to cash on collection?)

I'm not sure how the Ebay classified adverts work - most seem to be dealers / traders, but this one (and the E-type one my mate looked at) seemed to be individuals. Again, does this indicate something is amiss?

I looked at that same car on ebay - I didn't touch it...

TBH I do hope you went to look at it while the auction was on... there are so many scams now

Copy of service history, MOT (?) and V5. You can always say that, as you appreciate, this is a lot of cash and you've heard lots of scammers use eBay so you just want to make sure the car is genuine before booking your flights
