Does anyone make uprated rear track control arm bushes?

The car has just got through it's MOT with 2 advisories one of which was cracking rear control arm bushes.

Have to say i'm not too surprised with the weight of my boot install and it's low ride height from the kw coilovers.

Could replace with standard ones but do powerflex do uprated versions?

Are they easy to change yourself?
