new/future oct vRS owner

Hi guys and gals

yet another newbie to the site. just a quick query before a purchase, so any help would be appreciated

looking to get a oct vRS, and found an 05, red, with 'uprated headlights' (looks like 2 projector lenses in headlight cluster), immacualte condition, cambelt changed, full skoda history.

my questions are, even tho its done 84k in such a short time, is it still a steal? what should i look for in the mileage. and are these uprated lights xenon?
