I'm thinkin of upgrading too... The sound system in my Mk2 vRS Octavia has to be one of the worst sounding CD players I have ever heard!! It's the only thing that I don't like about the car!

gauges as ive said are top looking and green of the hu and those really give to that standard equipment look

does that hu have a usb inlet ?????

It doesnt have a USB inlet but it does have an iPod cable you can get for it (

good stuff i was kind of looking for usb connecctor because of the price of an ipod with 1 or 2 gig memory

iPod's dont work with USB connectors mate

It needs to be the iPod cable

ah yeah i know about the cable thats why im looking for usb

dont want ipod cause they are too expersive compared to a simple 1 or 2mb flash drive
