Misfire

I had a misfire today it came from nowhere and only happened the once, so when I got home I plugged the laptop in and ran a check with vag-com and to my suprise the only fault was one with the radio . Also I noticed there is way of recording misfires with vag-com but it was disabled.

Is there anything else I can check with vag-com or could this be just a random misfire and nothing to worry about yet?
