Better of doing them yourself, there is a fitting guide on here, you need to cut your bumper, so if your thinking of a permenant fitting of them, do it, if not, dont!

Guys in our workshop wont do it, but i always tell my parts customers how to do it, and say about the bumper..

Syd do you work for a franchised main dealer?

Yep...

Smart looking motor mate:thumbup: , It's just a pity after spending the best part of the day cleaning & polishing the car only looks good for 10 mins:mad: . Oh the joy's of owning a black car:D

Yeah, i travel 70 miles to work each day, so it suffers....nevermind though, i get the enjoyment of it being clean and looking pretty at the weekend!

Must have had a thicko moment there!

In that case, no the springs got passed on. Watch the classifieds in the next few days as i think i may have aquired another set and will pass them on at a reasonable price ;)

Or you could even PM me with a price before hand!

Looking good there...............

I like the idea of the new FABIA wording on the back. When we took the mrs' vRS in for a service the other week i took a look at the back of a new fabia and toyed with the idea of replacing the FABIA wording on mine. I've got the new mkII vRS badge on the front grill so if i was to replace the FABIA wording i'd also replace the vRS badge on the back with a mkII version as from your pics the Octy vRS badge seems to match the length of the new FABIA badge.

Cheers

Dave.

very nice mate, very nice.

Yeah it wouldnt look right with the smaller vrs bit...

Thankfully you can buy the working seperate from the lower badge..

Polishing and waxing does wonders for the black fab. The pics attached are a couple from the MK RR day on Saturday. It still looks like that after 200+ miles apart from a few specs here and there. Me and my mate spent 6hrs last thursday doing mine with a porter cable, I never knew there was so much work involved in cleaning a car properly. These pics were taken from one of the gallery's posted on another forum I use as my mate is yet to send me the pics of straight after we cleaned it.
