thx guyz for your good comments :))))

dear 777 i would go for black or blue, only because of the car's size

getting it in beige or even silver will make it look even bigger!!!!!!

jony5, the renault 5 has the 1.8motor and is a track-car

a good friend of mine has it, he also has a passat 1.8T and uses the renault for track

I have seen a few silver ones, but they look like a torpedo as the silver has the effect of dramatically slimming the car...to my eye anyway. I think the darker colours accenuate the chrome trimming giving the car a more "important" look. The only ting with the darker colours is the cleaning...but then when its clean and in the sun it looks so bloody classy.

We've got a sensual red one in the showroom, looks very good with the 'solid' alloy wheels, we also had a titan grey superb TD Elegance 2.5 V6 with the sat nav. That was a nice car, shame about the

Search on the Skoda UK web site under used cars enter Leicester as town Superb and grey and a list of closest matches will be returned

heres one at the dealers at Leicester

titan grey Superb

John

the cleaning bit is tough

and never lasts also

but..

I'd take black again if i had the choice

Anyone any idea what current delivery times are if it's got to come from the factory? I'm hoping there'll be one in stock somewhere in the UK I could have rather than waiting a few months!

Well I should be at Brunters watching tomorrow if you want to see a shiny and clean dark metallic blue in the flesh.
