I've ordered a vRS estate as a company car. It's been on order now for approx. 7 weeks.

The spec. is:

18"s

Racing Blue

Dual zone

Jumbo Box

Xenons

Parking Sensors

Sunset Glass

Cruise Control

What sort of delivery time can I expect on that spec. I was quoted 6 weeks.

Getting impatiant now.

I was Quoted 12-13 weeks for less spec, from order, to build through to delivery.

Depends if it's a factory order, or one which is already available in the country.

My factory order took 15 weeks with similar spec to yours. My colleagues' took 12 weeks - his is an estate with less spec than yours, but it was still a factory order.

Bit of a lottery I guess??

Hi, whats 'sunset glass' a different shade of tint? is this a new option as I dont remember seeing it on the options list.

Sunset is an option on the estate. It's a slightly darker tint. Looks really cool actually

Week 44 for me too, though ordered 5 days before you....

How do you find out your build week?

Mine was quoted as 12-13 weeks I think.

Ordered Sept '06, delivered 1st week of Feb '07.

Your dealer should be able to help you out here...

Not sure where the stealer gets 6 weeks from!

If there is one in the country to your spec - 2 weeks max.

If it is a factory build, which I assume it is then 10 - 12 weeks has always been quoted. I think the stealer is pulling your pizzer!

Count yourself lucky if you get it in 12 weeks. Ordered mine first week in June (also company wheels) - still not here (rumour has it that it is getting closer to our shores!) but thats a long story.
