That's one explanation, for sure. Looking at the article and the list, I wonder whether the Top Gear team have "overlooked" it because unlike the other cars, it doesn't appear to have space for luggage or even a passenger seat?

loved the US site - all those built up Chevy engines. I used to be heavily into those, once upon a time.....

9.9 for 1/4 mile........I'd have it in the twisties, hmmmmmaybe not.

Does the Ultima have any luggage space?

There are purpose made alloy sealed luggage containers either side of the cockpit accessible from inside the car, space behind the seats and in the doors. Storage is also available behind the access panel under the front section.

Trips abroad are no problem and neither is the weekly supermarket expedition.

I've read about that car before, it's built on the same industrial estate as the company that make our electrical design software - I was soooooo tempted to bunk off last time I went there for training and see if I could have a look around the factory .

My old boss at AmD had an Ultima with a 4.2 biTurbo Audi V8 in it (before the RS6 was about aswell).

the in-car video is pretty good , i don't think the Top Gear team have ever shown a forward facing full lap of the track

shame GT5 isnt coming out for xbox 360 aghh well will have to stick to PGR4 cant wait to get my xbox 360

anyway back on topic topgear should get that car on there show and see what they can get with the stig
