Over to you guys, but here's my first q's ???

Does anyone know if biodiesel can be bought in bulk, say 200 litre drums, delivered ?

What ratio to diesel is recommended, and would you vary it with the ambient weather temperature ?

Can supermarket cooking oil be used, or does it have to have been used in cooking to reap the best effect ? If so, does simply heating the oil for a certain time replicate this effect ?

Which Skoda (& other VAG) cars can and which cannot be run on it ? A specific model list would be good, but I believe cars with DPF's cannot.

There have been loads of posts about biodiesel, you should have a search and see what comes up!!

I just love internet forums where the only help people offer is to direct them to the search facility. It could take weeks to read through all the posts in a search, but half a dozen individuals who've already gone down that route could possibly convey all the relevant information in a couple of posts. I have never, and never will resort to the 'Use search' tactic, I prefer to help if I can and leave it to others if I can't. Search is indeed a useful tool, but why not use the forum to share, discuss and interact ?
