Skoda have been falling through the Customer Surveys

Of course they will, when they first starting producing the Fabia, Octavia and Superb, they were cheap, well built machines. Now though, it seems they are resting and the price of the machines is going up and consumers are demanding a better service for no extra cost. This will not happen and so the view of Skoda being a good brand to buy again, is slowly going away.

I'm not expecting a better service or car , I'd be happy with one that was as good as my Mk1

Same happened to Subaru when they topped the satisfaction surveys. Trouble is doing well means the brand is more in demand so prices go up, corners are cut where possible, and the showrooms and dealers become big lavish corporate glass affairs, rather than the family run businesses that put them on the map.

My local Skoda dealer is still local.

Or is it more a case of because more people get attracted to a marque they want too much, get dissappointed and give bad reviews?

At the end of the day, as long as they do a good job on my Vrs when I need them to, I'll be happy!!!!!!!!!!;)
