Try Tcutting it, working along the scratch to clean it out. Then look at a touch up kit if you feel confident enough to do it yourself.

If you go to an expert then I would give it a good coat of wax to protect it until its fixed.

are the neighbours really that bad?

Have you had a word with em,or are they that sort that'll just give you loads?

Use the paving stone to beat the ignorant gits to death :)

Bit harsh  but if they are that bad.....GO FOR IT! C.J.

Thanks for the T-Cut advice, I will give it a try.

Regarding the neighbous there is no point talking to them as they intended this to happen. So I don't want to give them the satisfaction of knowing they succedded. However I have got rid of the paving stone & if another one returns I will insert it into a one of his orifices.

:D make sure it goes in sideways, with the jaggedy edges sticking out

If it's there paving stone you best return it.....

...through lounge window preferably  only joking but I bet you wish you could.

T-cut should do the trick if its not down to the metal. Follow with a good buff up with your polish of choice. Auto Glym red label resin polish is good.

Out of intrest, what do your neighbors drive
