Hello everyone,

I am here to learn a bit more about Skodas.

I am planning to replace my ageing, thirsty and expensive Audi A6 with a second hand Octavia Diesel Estate - or possibly a Fabia estate, since I need to negotiate a narrow lane with a 90 degree turn-in to my new house. I hope the Octavia will easier to manoeuvre and cheaper to run.

I may pluck up courage to ask some questions later, which will probably be laughably naive, so be gentle with me!
