Hi all,

The mrs found this item just in front of one of the cars yesterday morning and wondered if it had come off the car or was just there already.

It does look familiar but i haven't got a clue why other than maybe it has come off the car and i'd seen it when it was in situ etc...

Anybody any ideas???

Is it rubber?

Looks a little like the rubber 'bullet' that the bonnet closes on on some cars - can't for the life of me think which ones, but probably the Octy or the Furby.

It is a rubbery kinda plastic yeah...... And it was near the front of the car so i'll check around the bonnet etc.... when i get a chance.

Just worked out what I'm talking about.

I think i mean the rubber cover on the bonnet switch for the alarm. Looks like the one on my old Astra, but it wasn't that long.

Looks like the base of a VAG aerial to me... Have a look see if it's the same size as yours?

Thanks for the replies chaps & chapettes....... It was on the drive when she found it so it could have come off one of the neighbours two rovers as well as our fabias...... Could of cause have just been kicked there off the pavement etc as someone walked past.

Don't think it's a ferret's condom as we don't have any round here....... We do have a few hedgehogs though so do you think it could be one of theirs instead??? :D:D
