Ok, I'm sorry ole chap. I meant to say....that really isn't my cup of tea but I'm sure it appeals to some.

HAHA

How conservative of you pixi!

Id love to see one in white, with coded up bumper bits, and dark wheels...

you forgot to add, and slightly nearer the ground too!

Hmm...yeah!

I think it looks OK. Sure I do prefer the styling and lines of the original fabia, but the mark2 is growing on me. No way the mongrel is going to get one though! :D

Very nice I quite like it.

Davy

The estate body suits it well as does the colour - certain colours seem to suit the Mk2 better than others - especially the more lighter ones.

I have to say I don't like that (based on those pictures).... just looks wrong.

It reminds me a bit of a Passat that's been squeezed in a vice :(

Have to disagree, personally think it looks brilliant!:orb_not_w Without a doubt the Fabia II Combi/Scout is & will be the best looking New generation small platform model of the whole VAG range not just Skoda...{Note to Moderators: We need a Hail to Skoda smiley on here sort of like what the Seat boys have at SeatCupra.net}

I think it looks a bit better than the hatch IMHO

instead of the 1,2,3 trim levels we have here, the Germans still have Classic, Ambiente and Elegance. They also have the Sport trim.

As you can see here:

Skoda Auto Deutschland GmbH - Fabia Combi Preise

they do a Kombi in Sport trim - do you think there's any chance we'll get a Fabia II Sport Estate here in the UK.

R u not gettin them???

It's a pretty hideous looking effort, it's styling has hints of Favorit about it.

I'm really not sure about the Mk2 Furby as I have not seen one that fires my rockets at all yet.

How are they selling in comparison to the old Fabia?

Were getting the sport combi here for defo...?

What gave you the impression we weren't?

the fact that it's not on the website.

I didn't think we wouldn't, just wondered if/when we would.

cool i like it :D cant wait to see it in the flesh soon

how long was it before we got the sport hatch?

i do hope we get them too, i love a sporty looking estate :D

new estate in showroom at westend skoda in broxburn ,along with white octy vrs estate ...smart

the FabII estate in West End was covered in promotional stickers which makes it a bit harder to see how it really looks.

yes, the white Octy vRS estate is smart, but it's been there for a while now, and still not sold.

Well as an owner of an old style Fabia Combi I like the look of the new one - it's far more balanced in my opinion than the hatch. Having said that I'm still not convinced on the new 'nose'. I'm getting used to it but still not convinced it's better than the old one.

That site says that the sport is 19,640 euros with the DPF, now that works out to be £14,730 according to a conversion site and that doesn't include ESP???

very true, and a bike on the roof too, but looks good all the same, you are right about the white vrs too, that colour not for me either.went to see if they had any race blue octy's in hatch form, they have 5 vrs estates and not one saloon.:( also have been in there 5 times and have never been approached ny a salesman, sometimes casual dress ,sometimes a suit,so i don't understand it.

yes, "Over attentive" is not a phrase I would use for West End. Surprised you got no approach at all, but they are usually "no pressure"

They should have put the bike inside, you can get the interior bike rack thingy same as on the Roomster :)
