Greetings all,

I'm collecting my red Furby vRS on Saturday. Seems to be the colour of the day

2004 (not sure if 04 or 54 as is on personalised plates) 16,000 miles, £,8353 from Skoda dealership.

Am going to be on a bit of a tight budget for a while, but am looking for some tips as to how to improve and tweak my new car. Am looking at some Jabbo ARB in the future but £200 is a bit steep for a few months. What can you suggest for the time being?

Cheers :)

Welcome

312 set up (Brakes) is a good place to start

Tell the newbie what that is and how to do it :D

The actual date of first registration should be on the V5, but I guess that's at Swansea just now.

Welcome, the first and cheapest place to start will probably be a Seat PD160 air intake* and a panel filter. Or if you're going for looks then maybe a Leon Cupra splitter for the front and not forgetting the obligatory Briskoda sticker :D

*Don't pay Seat's extortionate prices, try and get yourself one off a friendly Brisky member
