More than one phone with OEM Bluetooth?

Featured Replies

A (hopefully) simple question for those with the OEM Bluetooth installed.

Can you pair it to more than one phone without confusing things (obviously not at the same time!)?

E.g. when I'm driving it'll be paired to my phone and when my wife is driving can it be paired to her phone? I can do this on the HCB-700 I currently have where you simply push a button to change phones.

Not the end of the world as I'll be the one in the car on my own and if she's driving I can always answer for her.

I have three phones paired to mine and as yet experienced no problems so I'd say it's OK, yes :)

it should work fine, think it can have five paired then anymore will remove the least used one.

Sweet!

Thanks guys, once I collect the new wheels I'll get it sorted to complete the jigsaw.

If I remember correctly if more than one of the previously paired phones is in range it will automatically connect to the one which was last connected.
