On my commute to work I sometimes see a Silver vRS, a black one and just yesterday I passed a Red one :)

Mines black, which I love but whenever I see a silver one on pics and stuff I sometimes wish I had went for Silver :(

Red is the best colour for the fabia. This is why. The definative answer!

  • Red doesnt show scratchs as much as black does.
  • Red wasnt any extra from the factory.
  • silver is easier to clean and stays clean for longer, but its just boring
  • Red is by far the best contrasting colour to go with black, and the furby has alot of black bits on.
  • when waxed it shines alot!
  • black cars are only nice when clean, and they dont stay clean for long.
  • race blue is for the people who cant have factory options, so they are all the same, unless your called gary and like modding to the max :rofl:
  • Black cars have more of a chance of being crashed into......... why do you think insurance companys are bothered what colour your car is ;) not quite as bad as green which blends in with hedge rows.

Can you tell i own a black magic fabia and wished id got a red one :(

Tut tut

Not quite as bad as green which blends in with hedge rows.

Nowt wrong with "Pensioner Green".

If you don't believe me you can ask my mate Gilly and his "Old Blokes Beige" Octy ;)

All types of vRS look stunning in red! (;))

I vote for Red ;)

Must say, black does look nice, but everybody seems to own a black one

Silver is nice and subtle, though bordering on bland

Yellow looks well, especially with black alloys, but tends to fade worse than Red

Blue looks great, but not worth the premium you have to pay to own one, although Race blue Octy vRs's are the best by far :D

blue is way better, red is too common, the should call it council estate red for cheap commoners;)

race blue all the way:thumbup:

Corrida Red is the best colour for a Furby vRS.

I agree as well.......... best colour for an Octavia VRS however is silver :cop:

silver is by far the best looks best when clean and polished up, even more so when the sun shines, shows the metallic more, and silver makes the vrs bumpers stand out more unlike the black which makes it blend in!

No, it's red!

With a Red Furby that BMW you've just blown away will be able to see you through the dust in your wake without getting washed out like it would with silver

You also get the satisfaction that you will contrast well against most backgrounds so they will see an ever diminishing red dot against the horizon long after they've lost sight of black or silver.

Yellow is nearly as good as red, but as we all know, Red cars always go faster:rofl:

Yours is a standard fabia (130 bhp) ?

Will not beat any of the above

180 bhp in a fab vrs will 'just' see off a 106 gti/vts and will be on par with a rallye... on the straight only
