Wasn't too bad, had to be trimmed a bit as it was too long with a junior hacksaw but wasn't too bad, i fixed it with around 15/20 self tappers

Doesn't follow the bumper exactly so a bit of gentle persuasion and a few trick positioned self tappers did the job, 2 man job really to get it perfect, i did it on my jack jones though - never again
