Aquapel Feeler

Featured Replies

As a side note to those on the list, the prices given in post 1 will all be increased by 62p due to the increased cost of postage for the package size I send out coupled with pay pals fees[/b]

No probs. Thanks for the info and for organising all this

I used glass cutter or glass cleaner, but then made sure I rinsed the windows with clean water and dried them. Once I'd done that I applied and wiped it dry with a few pieces of kitchen paper.

I have never tried a lint free cloth myself, but if you have nothing else then as long as it isn't too absorbent I guess you should be ok.

I'd also probably try to it when it isn't freezing.

Will be good to hear how you get on.

I'm afraid the thread is on hold for now.

I've had enough of the attitudes of some people on here so will be taking some time away from reading/posting. Most likely this will be a week.

A quantity of the items will be on sale on ebay if anyone is in a hurry.

Apologies if this inconveniences anyone, but I'm afraid I need my sanity.

Ah nuts, I was just going to order some of this as well. Can you let me know your ebay name so I can search. Thanks

Just had a thought before I go about applying mine, what effect if any does this stuff have with rain sensing wipers? May sound a bit daft but just wondered :o

Could always PM mark and ask him :) :)

It's fine on rain sensing wipers, zero issues, but see my post about cleaning blades and Wardy's post about cleaning the screen is very relevant to

I'm told that you can use the aquapel fine on the auto wipers he just needs to either leave them off or avoid the sensor plus about 1" all around it

Right I'm going to take one last lot of orders for this.

I've probably got about 10 or so of the items, so put your names down and I'll put up a lost of what I can do. This list will close on Sunday night.

In that case, I'll take 2

If you want to start a list and on sunday evening I'll post up who got what.

TDI vRS -2 paypal

TDI vRS -2 paypal

Captain Kirk - 2 paypal

1984jacko-2 please

I'll still have 4 please if you can manage that, if not , 2 please.

Can you confirm that on the product you are selling that the labelling on it is in accordance with UK regulations implementing the EC directive 1999/45?

Many thanks

Taken from the PPG website in the first link I think the MSDS should cover that:

http://corporateportal.ppg.com/NR/rdonlyres/76DB70DA-54E6-42F9-BF88-BB9679EBE74D/0/AGT21506.pdf

From the MSDS:

"EU EINECS: All components in this product are listed on EINECS or are covered under a low volume exemption."

If people wish for a copy of this included then I'm happy to print one out and include it with the order if this is requested at the time of order.

The item itself IIRC has warnings and refers the user to the MSDS.

If you have any specific points of Law, rather than generic catch alls, I do have a Lawyer who should be able to direct me on that point of law.

Of course I'd like to point out the previous 2 GB's for this run by Jason and another one run by Andy2407.

As per all other group buys and stated on the first post: "BRISKODA does not accept any liability for member arranged group buys."

;)

Fair enough, I just wanted to make sure that the regulations were being followed
