Oooops, do you think you might have overdone it?

Nah only kidding, will have to deal with the dibble and their testing kit if/when they pull me over :)

I dont think you should have much bother with the 50% on the fronts. You should be ok during the day as long as the cops can see your face and if your wearing your seat belt. However at night that might be a different story.

Looks nice though :)

i'm happy with how mine turned out, i'm just unsure what to do the front door windows, i'm tied between light and mid smoke, mid smoke would blend better but light smoke will keep the law happy.

and the 20% (dark smoke) will look good on the silver.

They called the glass on the SE's 'sunset glass'. Not sure if the glass is actually tinted or whether it has a film over it as per usual.

Mine is in the garage now getting repaired, I hope they replace a like for like skoda tinted glass part for the rear because it was smashed to bits and I assume they can only source standard fabia screens... have to wait and see

i put smoke on my windows myself and i think they look class, really helps the look of her, leaves he cooler and all in the heat this weather

Tonights ‘traffic Cops’ showed a motorist getting done for having excessive tints on the front windows.

I've got an Se and wanted to darken the ft windows slightly more to make the rear ones less obvoius. I ask a traffic cop that I often come onto contact with the job that I was in what the score was, as he was the official "tint man" in the traffic dept in Aberdeen. He said that the Vrs car has a slight tint on the ft windows and adding the lightest tint to it would then make it illegal !
