I looked at these but they are very limited for engine choice. The cordoba on the same platform is available with the PD130 engine! Which is what I went for.

These are even rarer than the fabia saloons. I've never seen another one on the road. See fabia saloons fairly often.

The cheapest way to get 100Bhp, without modding, and the boot is cavernous especially with the rear seat down its gynormous.

I can also testifyas to the booted versions impact resistance - I had a tree fall on mine ! The repairers beat-out the deep topside dent perfectly, even though its a key part of the monocoque - a hatchy would have been a write-off !

Mind you, the output forces generated by the front suspension are a load of twonk, but that's common across this type's modell range.

I think the side-on profile looks quite sexy - but then I would do being a 1970's throw back !
