Ive just noticed that shell are doing a much better job these days of adding points to my account. i dont know if it had something to do with the fact i asked for a replacement card or if they have finally got their finger out of their behinds or what. Been through all my receipts for the past two months and found all points are now added. the double points thing they did in february have been added (thank you shell ) and my vouchers that ive handed in a couple of months ago have been added too.

Cant wait for my vouchers to come through next month as it looks as i have a free tank of fuel

You're a lucky man! Lost count of the number of time V-Power purchases have been recorded as 'normal' fuel (ie. not received double or triple points). When I've e-mailed, they acknowledge there's a problem and then don't amend the entry, or say they have sorted it and clearly haven't! I've now given up chasing them over all the errors. Value of points to be corrected not compensated by the value of time wasted!

normally im on the phone once a month asking them to sort out the missing points, been good for the last quarter.

Noticed this myself.... points are now added a couple of days after filling up...
