Have not noticed any difference yet but I dont have the car remapped...very soon though.

I have found no increase in turbo lag which I have read people suggesting when fitting a larger interccoler to a standard car.

It does make the car look a lot more aggresive from the front now:D

I remember reading in VW mag that someone fitted a merc sprinter intercooler and said it was a lot cheaper, just an idea!

The fmic was quite easy to fit as the instructions which forge supply are very easily followed.

I found the hardest bit was securing the new mesh to the bumper.

Used plastic mesh on mine, hard to find but lighter than the metal ones...Used my mates at Autoglass windscreen mastik gun to hold it on, sticks like ****:thumbup:

Just need to get a forge TIP next payday then I will be on the phone to jabba to book it in for a remap.

It would be a long drive but we have soft ware specifically written for the cars with Forge FMICs
