I have a question: CAN I CHANGE MY OLD HEADLIGHTS WITH NEW ONES, the one that are clear ( like Octavia Tour).

If is possible, please tell me what should I do, change or add.

Question's not clear I'm afraid.

What year is your car?

Im guessing he has a pre facelift Mk1 octavia with the ribbed glass lights and wants to replace them with the facelifted (clear)lights on the tour (estate) octavia thats still being produced.

I think the answer is no - the headlight is a completely different shape, so is the grille, bonnet, wings etc.

Well, it can be done, but you'd need to change the outer wings, bonnet, grille and bumper as well as the light units.

I thought the lights were the same shape and size, in which case they should fit.

My skoda is from 2000!
