  1. Went to the Geneva Motor Show and they confirmed the Kodiaq RS for the end of the year with the 2.0 TSI 280 engine They said maybe a TDI engine, but not sure yet.
  2. AFAIK there's no possibility to install SmartLink or MirrorLink on a MIB1 unit... Searched for a long time and never found any way to install it other than a Hardware update to a MIB2 unit
  3. Okay my bad, I’m a new kind of stupid.... Completely forgot that I missed this part... Works now (8)-Leuchte6ABL LC5-Lichtfunktion C 6 from Coming Home oder Leaving Home aktiv to not active (8)-Leuchte7ABL RB1-Lichtfunktion C 7 from Coming Home oder Leaving Home aktiv to not active
  4. I managed to extract some backups I did with ODBeleven (one before, and one after the changes). I made an excel sheet to compare the values of the before and after, and nothing changes... (except the changes I made) Skoda Octavia scan.xlsx Any ideas ?
  5. I did the adaptation via OBD eleven, so no way to post it I guess :/ I double checked everything, and even tried to go back to the previous settings (so no more blinkers in phase with DRL). The headlights still light up with the fog lights for CH/LH....
  6. Hey, sorry to unearth this thread... I recently got a conflict by activating the DRL blinking in phase with the indicators. I had previously activated the fog lights as CH/LH, and it worked great until I activated the aforementioned tweak. Now the fog lights still light up, but so do the headlights... Any idea on how to resolve this conflict ? Thanks in advance ! PS: Car is a MY15 Octavia RS
  7. Oh nice, didn't know about that! I wish it was the case when I bought mine (MY15)
  8. Awesome for you, nice to see such things happening ! If I were you I would add just a few options, like typically Lane Assist (as it'll add the camera that can later be used to activate a lot of other things via VCDD) and Blind Spot Monitoring
  9. Rain closing doesn't work on MY15 because the rain sensor was changed (tried, had some light troubles after that), should work with previous models, I don't know about MY16 and after though...
  10. I went for 3 weeks in a row everyday on the ODB 11 app and managed to get the 100 credits to buy the VIM app, just requires to remember to launch the app everyday Got VIM to work and it's pretty cool, even though I rarely use it (only in long traffic jams) Hahaha well sometimes alcohol helps to make a choice (event if it's often the worse ). But in your case it's a good decision, really nice to be able to activate all those things for your cars and those of your friends You can track all changes you have done, so going back is a piece of cake
  11. Oh that's what was meant by coupé ! Well I hope it'll come out 'cause it looks just right !
  12. Here are the answers : - For the virtual cockpit, nothing sure yet, but it could come out with the - New Yeti around novembre this year (it would then be applied to other models) - Didn't ask for the Skoda Coupé as I didn't understand what you meant (don't know if a coupé was even shown as a prototype ?) You're welcome What I can say about the car is that it looks awesome with the Sportline on ! The Scout model is great as well, but I like the bumpers not being made from black plastic on the Sportline and instead painted. The carbon finish is matte and looks okay (I'm not a big fan of the central console (not sure if that's the right word for it) of the Kodiaq, too bulky). In the Scout the panel is made of fake wood which is a shame because you can definitely see and feel it... The seats look really modern and feel comfortable And to finish, the 9.2 main unit is much faster and reactive, feels like a tablet. Also main screen with GPS + telephone and music shown is really useful I asked about the vRS and they said it will come out, but don't know when unfortunately :(
  13. Will be at the Geneva Motor Show tomorrow, if you have any questions about the car, I'll try to answer them
  14. Sorry I didn't keep you updated. Well after having my car booked for 2 days in december one of the two issues I had with the Canton sound system has been resolved They didn't find anything for the Bluetooth issue, as the problem wasn't the most disturbing for me, I didn't bother. They however resolved the trembling speakers issue by isolating the door panels, which was the main problem to me, so I'm still pretty satisfied. What you say regarding MY15 cars is interesting as I have a MY15 car too, so it might be the reason for this crackling issue...
  15. I'll be at the Geneva Motor Show in march, as I'm also looking forward a Kodiaq Vrs / Sportline I'll take pictures and post them here if anything new is presented
