Awesome. Heard pd130's had stronger internals compared to pd100's. I was just gonna up the turbo on mine until someone told me, now im not too sure :/

What hieght is your fmic? I have just got a larger one and i never thought of mounting it like that but it looks perfect fairplay. I was going to remove the crash bar and make a bracket up. Im not sure if my new one is taller than yours and will push on the bumper floor if mounted like yours so any info would be great cheers like hieght of cooler and gap between the bottom of it and the bumper floor.

Bar and Plate Intercooler Corn size:

550mm x 225mm x 64mm,

Overall length:

710mm 2.25" (57mm)

Inlet and Outlet Maximum Pressure:

45psi

Max Horsepower Capacity :

450hp

It fits peferctly heightwise tbh.. if it was touching the bottom of the bumper i could have taken abit more off the crash bar ;-)..

I do need to get it sitting deeper though for when the pipes go on.. i used up all 4 grinding wheels at work just cuttin the amount in the pics so im waiting for them to re-stock lol :-\

So 225mm height would be about 9 inches i think, mine is 11 :/ i have a plan now though with help from your pics :)

Good job on the car. I've always found both the mk1 and mk2 fabia's a bit ugly looking especially towards the rear! However, this one is an exception! ;-) Personally I think the hatchbacks are better looking. :) I want to de-chrome my front grille as looks so much smarter. How did you do your grille?

I got the smart repairer at my work to paint my grill but i wouldnt recomend painting is as it peeled off.. he re-did it for me but its started peeling again!.. most people on here plastic wrap then with either gloss black/ satin black or carbon wrap.. i think im guna have to go down that route next..

I had mine painted 9+ months ago and it's still goin strong!
