She actually looks very tidy and should make someone a nice little car for that value. We've had an 02 plate for just over 3 years and touch wood can't complain thus far. Best of luck with the sale

Big job, the timing chain. You did well doing all that on your own. ......
Car is about £300 underpriced imho.

There were 4 minor advisories, as follows:
Front Coil spring corroded (2.4.C.1b) (very Minor surface rust)
Rear Coil spring corroded (2.4.C.1b) (very Minor surface rust)
Front brake disc worn, pitted or scored, but not seriously weakened (3.5.1i)
Parking brake lever has little reserve travel (3.1.6b) - The Handbrake cable just needed readjusting.
Thanks Si, people are still impressed when i mention that

On going fix, I replaced the front Lambda sensor with a good condition used one, but the issue still continues, It maybe the second lambda sensor under the car in the exhaust, but I cant get access to the connector. Need to find the measuring blocks for Vag-Com to fault find it better.
However! I have a 3.5 mile commute every day, and the engine is very quickly up to tempreture, and i can easily get 30+ mpg
Yesterday i removed the Throttle body, (very filthy) and gave it a through clean, and found the Throttle body was out of alignment, After Martin realigned it with Vag Com at the meet last night ive been getting +2 or 3 mpg over similar journeys a few days ago.

***Another Update***, Oil pressure Sensor failed today, £7.52 for new sensor direct from skoda, But to change it it meant i had to drain the oil. Therefore shes just had new oil put in her tonight.

Is no one interested at all? If i dont sell it and do a part exchange deal with skoda they will scrap it!
i dont really want to see that happen. just because of its age.

Last night i found that the front tires were clsoe to the limit (some parts did not look good at all) So as of today it now has two brand new front tires.
