As Ricardo says above. Also, if the rubber block that should be between the carburetor and the inlet manifold is missing, or the air cleaner is set to the "Winter" position, these will make fuel vapourisation worse.

Not as such. To get the best match, take a small panel (eg filler cover if there is one) to a good local coachbulder who will custom mix new paint allowing for any weathering the panels have.
