Very strange brake feedback - Kodiaq SE
The dealer made me an offer I couldn't refuse so I swapped. Same model, same spec, even the same colour!!

Very strange brake feedback - Kodiaq SE
Is your car a mild hybrid 1.5? I'm currently on my second. The first one had a very odd brake feel and was difficult/impossible to bring to a halt smoothly. The second is fine. Brakes just as you'd expect so they dont 'all' do it.

2025 Skoda Kodiaq Sportline - 7 Seat - Locking wheel nut key. Have you found yours yet?
Locking wheel nut is under the 3rd row. Pull the release and lift them slightly and it will come into view. The sealant DOES NOT trash a tyre although lazy tyre fitters might tell you that so they don't have to clean the tyre when it's easier and more lucrative to sell you a new one.

Auto emergency stop for no reason?
That's what I said.

How do I turn off the Road Sign display in the VC? and turn ON the 'coast' feature?
I have a 1.5 e-tec SE L without DCC. It coasts. Often.

Kodiaq IV charging max 40Kw
The Skoda Kodiaq iV has a maximum DC fast charging rate of 50 kW and a maximum AC charging rate of 11 kW. At the DC fast charge, you can expect a 10% to 80% charge in about 26 minutes, while an AC charge at 11 kW will take around 2 hours and 30 minutes for a full charge. The above from a google search. What were you expecting?

A light press on the throttle and it will pass, you just have to let it know you are happy. It does it because it 'can' be illegal to undertake.

[Help] Skoda Kodiaq 2025 – Can’t find Virtual Pedal / Easy Open option
If the option to select it isn't there on the infotainment screen I'd suggest your car doesn't have that option fitted.

[Help] Skoda Kodiaq 2025 – Can’t find Virtual Pedal / Easy Open option
Which country you are in would help. I'm UK based and have never heard of business trim.

I'm sorry but nothing recent from BMW is anything other than painfully ugly.

Variable Cruise Control question
SE L mk2 doesn't have ACC as standard. Or predictive adaptive cruise to be more accurate. Both mine have had it but shown as no cost options which it appears all early cars had. If it isn't shown as an option your car won't have it.

Longer than the QE2!
I've had 2 mk1, 2 mk1 facelift and now on my second mk2. Mk 2 superior in every respect for me and no way i'd go back. This also takes into account my last 2 mk1s were a 190tsi and a 200tdi with the mk2s being 1.5 e-tec.

Long Distance Review
I don't have the phev just the 1.5 e-tec but this sums it up perfectly. It's no tarmac shredder but it's not meant to be. Perfectly capable in everyday driving unless you drive like a nob.

Questions on options for Sportline
I don't think any model comes as standard with mud flaps. As for the underbody stuff, that might come with a scout model if they did one but why a sportline?

Car play switches off radio?!?
I presume you're talking mk2 here. Mine appears to always default to Deezer if i've had it open on my phone and I have to select radio to switch back. I'm on andriod though so it may be different if you are one of the crapple cultists.

Phone scroll? and cable in spare wheel well, any ideas?
Only in use during manufacture I believe.

How do I find the detailed spec of my Kodiaq?
I was going to say as yours appears to be an entry level SE spec it probably won't have many extras, however early cars could only be 5 seat in SE trim so you never know. My first was an SE as I only needed 5 seats at the time to which I added folding mirrors and a towbar.

Phone mount in area between steering wheel and door (not vents)
That's not going to be distracting whilst driving in the slightest.🙄

Programming seat position memory
When I got my second mk2 as soon as we connected the car to the app it immediately changed the radio station presets and moved the drivers seat into my set position. Scared me half to death as the seat moved on it's own.

TPMS Module Location
It will probably use the abs sensors to detect small differences in rolling diameter to show a loss of pressure. Unless it gives you individual wheel pressures in which case each wheel will have one.

Advice on a used mk2 62' tdi vrs
Small point, if it's a 62 reg it's a mk 1 facelift not a mk 2 which in vRS form has only just been released.

Spongey brakes?
Which model? I have the 1.5 e-tec and the brakes are sadly lacking in feel. They work fine but are very difficult to modulate to a smooth stop. I'm 65 years old and have been driving since I was 17, a Police advanced driver and motorcyclist. I know how to brake smoothly but these brakes are very odd in feel although they do work.
