  1. on my previous ŠS 2016. 220ps were replaced 3x under warranty - after 21.2k, 45.2k and 26k Km, what minimized rattle, but not solved
  2. 225/55r17 97Y C B 69dB Michelin Primacy 3 gave huge improvement when replaced 215/55r17 94W C B 71dB Pirelli Cinturato P7 225/55r17 97Y C A 71dB Good Year EAGLE F1 ASYMMETRIC 5 SoundComfort (~2cm Foam in the Tire) gave completely different sounding, but i can't say they were quieter than Michelin
  3. @gristy install Direct Tire Pressure Monitoring System -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/434028-tire-pressure-monitoring-system/#comment-4893182 and you will see, how pressure values are changing - pumped 2.5, on cold morning can drop to ~2.2 and increased to ~3.0 on highway at hot day
  4. @Amberberry focusing better on tire size instead disc size -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/509471-would-you-take-a-superb-estate-over-passat-estate-if-passat-is-cheaper/#comment-5719561 -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/512517-mk3-superb-estate-wheel-kit/?do=findComment&comment=5748425
  5. @ZacDaMan72 Front axle most likely will get this tested setup -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/514514-superb-sportline-shock-replacement/#comment-5767281 + this thread hero (Superpro TRC1070) + Bilstein Top Mounts (partcode ???) still have no answers for Rear Axle 1. which Eibach Pro springs will add stiffness without lowering on 280ps AWD 2. are Bilstein B6 Damptronics the same for 220ps FWD and 280ps AWD p.s. have made few attempts to order APR Suspension Control Unit (SCU) Upgrade - MQB - VW Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) but payment were returned and i have saved huge amount of $$$$
  6. what are your thoughts, what advantages give whole arms replacement instead to just replacing the rubb mounts to 8S0 407 183 B (AUDI TTS) or 5Q0 407 183 F (AUDI S3), last one were installed on my previous ŠS Mk3 2016 TSI 220ps FWD, no complaints i'm in preparing of new parts list for my current ŠS Mk3.FL 2023 TSI 280ps AWD
  7. @UndertheRadar please share part codes, and on which TSI that all were installed?
  8. scroll up to pictures i posted above - Superb and Arteon use same springs, for Superb has been offered different springs for FWD and AWD, while for Arteon same springs for both *WD, what doesn't look ok
  9. -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/514514-superb-sportline-shock-replacement/?do=findComment&comment=5767281
  10. ah, I read 14 L instead km anyway, can't believe your's 40mpg the best, 34.7, i have seen, were after boring 3h 95kmh 60%, 75kmh 40% with almost none overtake
  11. doesn't look as correct calculation 280ps 2023 numbers l/100km MPG.uk 12,7 22,3 17,8 15,9 15,9 17,8 9,9 28,6 9,4 30,0 16,2 17,4 8,7 32,6 12,3 22,9 9,6 29,3 15,9 17,8 8,5 33,4 8,1 34,7 9,3 30,3 8,7 32,6 14,3 19,8 8,5 33,2
  12. my account were banned few days after 24. feb. 2022
  13. @eiamjw https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/512517-mk3-superb-estate-wheel-kit/?do=findComment&comment=5748425
  14. @parapaul please share part codes and view from side after instll
  15. my choice is original location, where it's placed by factory, at least in China (not worldwide) @GWCTas @Graham Butcher
  16. L&K doesn't mean anything for most of people, me too removed outside's L&K and added Superb wing emblems, but in same line as door handles
  17. have you met this? https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/514837-mib2-software-update-canton/?do=findComment&comment=5770604
  18. are B6s DampTronic (DCC)? 23-254343 front 20-267537 rear -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/485647-bilstein-b6-dcc-shock-absorbers-available-at-last/?do=findComment&comment=5620484
  19. with that numbers you can start looking to upgrade direction -> Electric Suction Door
  20. absolutely not, Bilstein B6 DampTronic(DCC) are perfect had them on my previous MY16 220ps -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/485647-bilstein-b6-dcc-shock-absorbers-available-at-last/?do=findComment&comment=5697693 and now, day by day, have been annoyed by stock DCC's softness on my MY23 280ps where only 'Sport' mode can be more or less accepted the degree of desperation level can be characterized by my attempt to order APR Suspension Control Unit
  21. me too have seen lot better numbers there in BS forum, but not in real life - MY23 280ps at it's first 6k Kms l/100km MPG.uk 12,7 22,3 17,8 15,9 15,9 17,8 9,9 28,6 9,4 30,0 16,2 17,4 8,7 32,6 12,3 22,9 9,6 29,3 15,9 17,8 8,5 33,4 8,1 34,7 9,3 30,3 8,7 32,6
  22. 1. measure voltage of new battery 2. check side + - 3. test with old battery, low voltage warning comes several weeks before it dies haven't had problems even with few months outdated from Ali, just they lasted shorter time, ~13 months instead ~22
  23. that's great, but no one will answer what exact differences are add by these numbers (example picture, one of 30+ sections with diffs) with APR Controller there are chances to configure dynamic stiffness, depending on speed etc. another point for me is, replacing one module may be more friendly to save warranty while re-flashing of two modules will avoid it immediately
  24. This module is direct replacement of stock 5Q0907376 I were so much intrigued by real dynamic changing of suspension stiffness by use huge spectrum of real-time data and additional large field with fine tune abilities several other videos -> https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=APR+SUSPENSION as usually there comes huge BUT - a) super expensive, i would say double price 😞 b) their store ships only to US and Canada
