1.9 TDI bsw Fabia - lack of power
That turbo looks screwed with that amount of oil also 1.1 bar is pretty low I’d say.

Fabia VRS Mk2 Brake Upgrade
Greenline got them because ironically enough the disc set up was lighter than drums...

Borg Warner vs Garrett Turbos 1.6 Tdi
It’s cute you noticed. I’d be hoping if you were in the tuning trade you’d know these things. Simple research on the bv39-f and the GTC1244MVZ. next you’ll be saying the GTD1244VZ will bolt right up.

Fabia VRS Mk2 Brake Upgrade
only models that had them was the vrs and Greenline.

Borg Warner vs Garrett Turbos 1.6 Tdi
I keep saying it because it won’t work unless you get it changed in the mapping some of us have actually changed turbos you know.

Borg Warner vs Garrett Turbos 1.6 Tdi
They might be identical but one pushes and the other pulls. Also one uses a negative feed the other a positive.

Borg Warner vs Garrett Turbos 1.6 Tdi
They aren’t as the actuator on the Garrett works the opposite way.

AMD's 2 litre 304bhp 162mph Fabia Monte Carlo TDi *6 speed conversion*
The standard one is a pia to get off. Mine is just held on by 2 screws. I can do but it’s still going to get airflow to it which I want to stop so it actually gets heat struggles to get to 60 degrees just now.

little bit of data Had a few comments not really from here but other places that open filters aren't good all they do is draw in heat so did a little test today and this was over 16 miles, lowest difference 1 degrees highest difference 3 degrees. Shows you want a good intercooler set up can do. New tyres finally in, old ones were pretty bad and hadn't even lasted a year Also we are back to that time of year again

Fabia VRS Mk2 Brake Upgrade
According to data logs there’s no benefit over rear drums and 256mm rear vented brakes.

TDi Tuning box
Actually Darkside were looking to team up with a tuning box company so they can resell them thats why they looked at getting these boxes and see what was best and to work with these companies. You seen the results so they were with thier own solution which is a power gate. you can also variable the programing with a remap for example in the mk1 fabia vrs you can change maps via the cruise control so theres no advantage there plus tuning boxes also flag up a code on the ecu.

So how is there bias there when everything was laid out in front of you as well as the convos they had with the tuning box companies. Don't forget one of them then went onto vbox and used a mobile phone gps app that uses a 1hz reciever from a customer to show how much faster the car was. Anyone that knows anything about datalogging knows you don't even consider using that has a 1hz reciever so not i want **** off as you put it as you don't get to decide who posts and who doesn't.- AMD's 2 litre 304bhp 162mph Fabia Monte Carlo TDi *6 speed conversion*
And also it’s a genuine bonnet too 😂- AMD's 2 litre 304bhp 162mph Fabia Monte Carlo TDi *6 speed conversion*
Wouldn’t suit it I don’t think. Like to try and keep with the same platform- AMD's 2 litre 304bhp 162mph Fabia Monte Carlo TDi *6 speed conversion*
Another set of Pilot Sport 4's on the front thats the third set in less than 2 years, rears are still just over 5mm on them. Probably explains the tractions issues. More picture spam again since ive started to use my camer more again Also been having some thoughts on the S2000 Rear spoiler as well- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
No cause the turbo size is different. I make 2.4 bar for 300bhp, my friend makes 2.3 bar on his car but due to him having an 76mm turbo he makes over 1000bhp.- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
Not strange at all as even though it’s a smaller turbo it needs to make more boost to make the power - AMD's 2 litre 304bhp 162mph Fabia Monte Carlo TDi *6 speed conversion*
