  1. Now sorted. Logged in and downloaded every manual know to man. Thanks
  2. I've logged in, but can't see, to see anywhere that points to the dash board removal? Can anyone shed some more light on this? Thanks
  3. Hi all, Recently purchased a 2017 Octavia Estate. I’m looking to try and obtain a workshop manual that shows how to remove the dashboard. Where the screws are, if things pop off, turn off etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance, Nick
  4. Was simply stating a fact/opinion about cars becoming classics?
  5. Just saying. Future classic? Give it 10 years. And if we go the same way as other countries, we won’t be allowed to drive a diesel now in 10-15 years.
  6. Future as in about 10-20 years! They only stopped making the MK1 VRS' 11 years ago. Current classics (Mk1/2 Golf GTi / RS Turbos / 205 GTi etc) are at least 28 years old! Even 106 GTi's are around 18-20 years old. A while yet.
  7. My old VRS did this. Fitted the above. Never went away. Fitted a new calliper. Never went way. Changed handbrake cable. Never went away. Flogged it.
  8. Thats interesting to know. Cheers for clearing that up! XENONS AWAY!
  9. I did hear this. Do you think it's better to go without? and just make sure the car is fully waxed etc and kept on top of? Nick
  10. Yeah, if you have Xenons, then the front bumper has washer jets for the lights. Silly, but required by law.
  11. Hi all, Looking to buy a 2nd car as a project. This would only be driven in dry conditions, and do a few thousand miles a year. The car would be living outside (no garage unfortunately). Is a car cover the way forward here? If so, any recommendations? Not bothered if quite pricey, just want the right one. Thanks in advance Nick
  12. You could tint the clear parts to a mid grey. That looks nice.
  13. Happened on my Fabia. Could never fix it. Drive me mad, and flogged it. Heap of $hite
  14. This still isn’t mine. I don’t even own a Skoda.
  15. Only take a few minutes to put a new’un in and they’re cheap as chips! Get it done!
