Flat bottomed wheel would be nice, I would wrap the grill while you are at it TBH, I dont find Plastidip to be all that hard wearing or resilient to stone chips!

TBH, any polished alloy Ive ever seen has delaminated, I think its just a trait of polished rims tbh

loose hose could have been the problem, a free flowing intake wont make much difference to economy, if anything it would make it worse.

they would be different due to weight and loading, Golf springs fitted would likely give you a saggy (ooh er) rear....

it does say that in literature, and having seen them in the flesh, and drove the car, the discs are definately bigger (IMO, dont quote me), but just not 17 inch, lol

Couldnt bring myself to spend the cash on the towbar option! this came in about a quarter the price, lol! I live up in the North Coast area near Coleraine mate, so havent visited any other centres bar Davagh, do go to Garvagh forest a lot though!

was really liking your S5 Nicky, but that RS is just gorgeous, good health to drive! surprised you went for it though, with the extra costs etc and similar performance available from a mapped S5, or was the note off it to hard to resist!

have you tried it with the Lane assist disabled?

all fitted today and tested on our trip to Davagh Forest trails, they performed excellently, easy to fit and get bikes on and off, and almost no noise from them at all. Meant to take more pics but forgot until I was in my way into the house, so this is it for now:

also, TBH if I was you, I would get your car remapped and enjoy it, then save for an upgrade in a year or twos time to a faster car if you want more poke.

have you checked the interior light fuse?

PD140 is a good engine for tuning and has the potential to go further than a PD170, but you are talking a lot of cash, at which point you may as well go buy a Petrol VRS and map it.

Also, Im not going any further with mods now until I get some bills cleared and I would also like to see how the figures work out for a new VRS.........
