I agree though I didn't expect it to react so drastically!

I was driving in town a couple of days ago in sport mode and I'm sure my hands were holding the steering wheel properly as I pulled away from traffic lights and the car suddenly jumped into manual. It's the only time it's happened but it caught me by surprise. There was another time a few days ago when I was in the Edinburgh bypass doing about 50mlh in sport mode and I pressed the accelerator quite suddenly because there was someone alongside me annoying me and boxing me in and the box changed down to 3rd and the revs went up to over 4000. In my panic I think I hit the downshift paddle which meant it was stuck in third until I flicked the upshift back up to 6th. That was annoying I don't like how the paddles are there waiting for you to tap them by accident in sport mode

There seems to be a bug whereby if you make sure you put it in hybrid mode each journey and uncheck the box so that the minimum charge level is always what you set it to the charge always drifts down a level each journey.

As long as you don't pull straight off the race track and stop it will be fine.

I was looking for a good music app to use with Android Auto and it turns out one of the best for accessing local music files on your phone is AIMP. And it has a 29 band graphic equaliser so you can adjust the sound far more accurately than with the 3-band equaliser in the Skoda:

My point is if you can't achieve a proper neutral sound with the adjustments available then that's not good. They need a better parametric equaliser system. i hope they can add one in an update at some point. It's either that or an upgrade of the stock speakers may help.

Perhaps. But one person is likely a more neutral sound, I would think. And neutral is the most realistic and true to the recording. And imo neutral is better.

I tend to disagree. There should be a sound which sounds good to most people, and imo it is not achievable with the equalisers Skoda give us. I find mine has. Been getting high 40s and even low 50mpg without charging, but depends on the type of journeys. I'm driving fairly carefully.

I heard it's not good to fill it up to the brim and you should let the pump cut off itself.

The tank is 41 litres so does not fit 10 imperial gallons which would be about 45 litres I think.

I don't think you can turn the red line off. You get used to it I find it best to use sport mode when you can't charge the battery as it seems to like to store up about 3 miles of electric in that mode whereas in D it likes to run it down to zero.

It seems bonkers to me that in three years they haven't been able to get all the cars to show what update is available, and a message can just randomly pop up while you're driving and then disappear.

Mine are 17 inch wheels with Pirelli tyres.

I'm guessing I either didn't explain this very well or it's not possible?
