I think these Sagittarius alloys look great. That’s what I have on my car, looks identical to yours only I’ve kept the wheel trims on. No issues with the tyres either.
  3. Fitted the spare wheel kit 57093860C this morning. As mentioned by the OP, everything fitted perfectly taking about about 15 mins. Anyone wanting a full size spare, this is the kit you need. A longer plastic screw will ensure the support plate touches the underside of the new floor mat, item G of the kit. I've left the existing floor, and the floor is really robust without the plastic screw/ support plate. Clear instructions/diagrams come with the kit. 20241204_111050.heic
  4. Have a look at willtheyfit.com enter your current wheels, then the wheels you want to buy.
  5. I think my response would have been different if I had known you bought the car outwith the Škoda dealer network. I had wrongly assumed you bought the car from a Škoda dealer. The car would then have been sold as an approved car and one thing they do is check for all software is to the latest standard. I think you may have to engage the garage you bought the car from. This is who you have the contract with. Can Baylis be encouraged to deal with the Škoda dealer to resolve the issue you have ? Either the garage, or you, or perhaps 50/50 share of cost to have the software updated seems the way forward.
  6. You cannot seem to let a post go by on this thread without commenting. This will be my last post, 57A093860C fits a 2WD Karoq. Please do not respond.
  7. I would be returning the car and asking them to update the software to the latest issue. There is no need for them to “diagnose” or “investigate” anything. The issue is well documented and Škoda/VAG have designed a fix. Simply update the software, which they should have done before they sold the car.
  8. For clarification for others, this part of your thread is wrong. Whilst it was designed for the 4WD Karoq, as found out by the OP and others, it can also be used on the 2WD Karoq, to accomodate a full size spare wheel below the carpeted section of the boot. ( as you have mentioned in the same post I have quoted a para from). I will check what bolt size I need when I have assembled the kit into my boot. Thanks for the part numbers.
  9. Yes, I’m well aware of what part numbers are relative to which vehicle. This thread is about a suitable kit that allows fitting a full size spare wheel to 2WD. That suitable kit is the 57A093860C. Not sure what the point of your post is.
  10. I have recently bought a 1.5 2WD Sportline Karoq. Separately, I bought a full size steel spare wheel. The wheel sits inches proud in the wheel well, as expected. Like the OP, I want to fit the kit which will “wrap around” the protruding part of the wheel to keep the boot floor level and tidy. On enquiry, I have found from Škoda, the part number 57A093860A has been superseded by 57A093860C. I can’t see this info on this thread, but thought it might be useful for anyone contemplating this modification to accommodate a full size spare wheel. A great, informative thread.
