  1. The air on does struggle to cool the car, but the temp does get hotter as you go from LO to 26 degrees etc The air being warm is noticeable when the car is warm when set to LO
  2. Also noticed that I appear to get warm air blowing now when on LO setting for air temp, so have updated the work log for next week
  3. Yup, the extended warranty covers it. I have a hire car also, a newer Superb
  4. I have been able to get the unit out and then tried all the cables moved and it still doesn't work, I might try the reset but it is booked in with the dealer for the week after next
  5. Can't feel any of the wiring being in the way, I have found the unit but tried to move the wheels by hand and they are stuck fast so think the unit might of gone.
  6. Ahh I have that wiring also for my camera, will check that out. I do have warranty but be nice to resolve with a visit to them
  7. It would appear I have a fault with the flap, will try and see if I can move it
  8. This is the issue I am facing, noticed that the Air Care is not activating when pressing the button when in the infotainment screen, also when pressing recirculating the A/C briefly flashes and then nothing. Anyone get this resolved with out going to the dealer, will dig out car scanner shortly, I assume this works with the new unit you installed @JR RS
  9. Have come to use the A/C for the first time this past week and noticed that pressing the button for the recirculating air doesn’t appear to work. Button presses but nothing happens it doesn’t light up and stays off Also through the media center doesn’t do anything, wondering if anyone has come across this before? Or is it a trip to Skoda?
  10. Could be control arms, I remember changing to AP Racing 6 pots on the front of my M5 as I thought this would cure it but turned out it was bushes for the control arms.. Live and learn but least it stopped quicker

  19. Yup although sometimes I don’t think it is, it’s not straight away it opens you have to hold the button down a few seconds for it to do the beeping and then open, same for it in reverse
