Hi What would you recommend for protecting the bumper and plastic trim on the Scout? Most of the trim products claim to make them 'blacker' but the Scout has grey plastic. Baker21 used Meguairs Hyper Dressing but that is only available in large quantities. Any recommendations for something available in smaller (and cheaper) quantities? Thanks

I am currently getting 27 ish commuting. On motorway runs I would get mid 30's which is good as the car would be full (people and climbing/camping gear) How would a remap effect this, I've got a 150 bhp not the vRS BTW?

I have done the exact thing myself, looks like a trip to the breakers..

I always put it down to it been larger than my old Clio, maybe there is something more to it..

Off the top of my head - coil packs, front bushes and the cam belt (it should have been done). I am sure someone with far greater knowledge with come along soon and welcome to Briskoda.

Or buy a 1.8T Elegance, remap it and sort the suspension another way towards SLX/sleeper look. If only I had the money for the insurance to turn mine into one....

Mine also has metal clips, it didn't come with my car though. I was bought it at Christmas so it could be for a mk2/Superb so possibly bigger.

Mines attached like that but not so stretched, like my netting is bigger.

I wondered this as well, missing a marketing opportunity you would think. It probably costs loads to make a racing car.

The H4 bulb does both dipped and full - has two filaments in the one bulb.
