You don't need to recode anything, just go to a decent tyre fitters and they will use a jump battery connected to the live and earth terminals, undone them both and replace the battery and then put the terminals back on

You get the rotating magnet vent mount from Halfords , locks into the vent veins, then a round disc stuck to the back of the phone , neither move once in place, and the phone just lifts off when needed

look for a 1.4 tsi 150bhp , my 16 plate is coming up to 98k trouble free except for a sensor that went around 40 k, both can be had in the octavia and superb

Halford now sell them had one of mine pack in so looked there and got a pack of 2 , showed the fitter how to fit one

The hids 4 u kits have the correct bulbs for the reflector the bulbs have a shroud running their length so that they give the correct kick up and don't dazzle, I have had them in for the last 6 months and passed an mot with them in

Order the right hids from hids 4 u for reflector lenses and they work , no coding just plug and play

This was 35 years ago when general service intervals where around 12k

An old showman one told me , with any engine, change the oil religiously every 10K and the engine will last , I have followed his advice over the 38 years of driving my own taxi, no matter what vehicle I have had, on my 6 th, skoda BTW, so basically all my cars have had the oil and filter change virtually every 10 weeks

Just fit 16 inch Michelin all season tyres , they last a long time and when you replace just fit new , saves paying for 2 sets

Yes happy so far coming up to 90K miles 16 plate, only 1 sensor gone in that milage, just need the gear linkage reset on 1st and reverse slightly stiff to get in sometimes
