Yup, i'm well impressed with my Eibachs too, they've been on for about 10k now and looks and handling have been improved! One thing I did do was buy new bumpstops and shorten them after reading numerous threads on here about concerns of a crashy ride, knocking, etc so I would recommend doing this to anyone fitting lowering springs to their Fabia...

Just a heads up for anyone wanting cleaning chemicals, shampoo, polish, waxes etc, my mate who's a gaffer at Halfords says that their next promo is to have BOGOF on car cleaning chemicals only... HTH

VW dealer, they come in three parts, arm, wiper, cap! Approx £25 all in There's numerous threads and pics on here. Simple to fit, not so simple to get the old one off though, brute force or a puller is ideal. Cap needs a little modification so it doesn't rub on the glass too!

Looks good James I've got a silver one and have ummed and arrred about getting a splitter, personally I think they look better on a black car BUT got to say you've done a good job and have almost convinced me to go ahead and fit one to mine! P.S. VW Polo rear aero wiper needed!

Just a thought but what if the tazer was deployed causing shock triggering the shotgun to go off?.... We'll probably never see it come to light even if that was actually what happened! Anyone heard the audio footage of when the gun went off? Not nice!

I've just noticed today that I must have a clip off on the boot trim as I can here it moving about whenever I open or shut the boot! After reading this thread and the comments regarding removing and reffiting the trim the little bugger can stay there!

I took mine off a while back and left the Vrs one on but I'm giving serious thought to taking that off too! I've got a Briskoda.net decal on the bottom right of the boot lid and thought about relocating the Vrs badge to the opposite (left) side!

Just my 2p worth but I've fancied colour coding the trim surrounding the airvents on the dash, there's a thread on here somewhere about it, looks really good IMO!

I don't think the clay bar will have any effect on the swirl marks, they'll need to be machine polished out really. Using something like AG Intensive Tar Remover will get rid of some contaminants but the clay bar will do the best job. Just remember to keep the surface well lubricated and turn the bar to a clean part so you're not dragging the contaminants over your paintwork and take a bit of time to do it. The finish you can achieve is excellent, almost like glass! Oh and then you've got to wax it to seal all your hard work! HTH P.S.
