I got approx 45k out of some Michelin Exalto Pilot 2's, just changed them even though they were still legal for Michelin Pilot Sport. They weren't cheap but I'm planning on keeping the car for a few more years yet and will hopefully get a similar life from them!

I'm going to have to do this repair next week! I have just one question, can you pick up "Plumbers Gold" from somewhere like B&Q? Cheers

MSB in Darlington tend to get a lot of praise on here, I used to use Pulmans in Durham and they were spot on too. I'm currently getting any work and servicing done by S-Cars in Spennymoor, it's not a huge garage by any means, a proper back street garage to be honest but they are apparently VAG specialists! I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Well done for holding onto your temper! I don't think I could of! I also always make sure when I go to the supermarket I park well away from the entrance of it to try and avoid things like this happening but it never suprises me when I go back to my car and there's some parked so close it's ridiculous!

+1 for Philips Powerbulbs are really good too, good prices and quick delivery! (I think you still get some uprated sidelight bulbs free too when you buy headlight bulbs)

Just fitted these today after washing the car this morning! Typically it half an hour after doing it so got to see how these performed! Well happy with them, seem to sweep better, very smooth too! Definately recommend them!

Admiral for me too! Quote for this year came in a little more than last year so I rang them up and asked why, got the usual rubbish about costs going up blah blah, a little rant and managed to get it for the same as last year!

I wonder how much cheaper it'd be if you only got the seats done! I'm not to fussed about the door cards!
