    One phone call and a bit of a whinge results in a 50 quid reduction in the car insurance premium..isn't it a bit bloomin stupid that we have to do this dance every year...?

      Made the same phone call to my insurance company and got the same result. Was told "It gives the Company the opportunity to review individual circumstances". Yeah... sure...

    Felt rather smug this morning watching 3 people with their flash new cars scrapin the frozen snow off my car, whilst I switched on the heated windscreen on my 15 yr old caramd drove off as they were still at it!
