  1. What trim levels are you offering and price range,
  2. The one major point that has been overlooked here is (and this is a simple one) Mariek works to earn her money and she can spend it as she likes, we should all wish her well with her choice of car purchased, and I for one still like to see posts from the good lady on here .
  3. I have both my van and Yeti air con serviced every two years by a local garage, I watch them do it, gas removed and dried, oil removed vacuum test for 20min, new oil put in gas put back in and topped up to correct weight, £85 a time well worth it for nice cool air and a new drop of oil in the system, and they always put the dye in so if a leak develops it can be found easily.
  4. In the FL owners manual it tells you how to change the bulbs, but no mention of the bulb you need to put in , looked from front to back of the manual for bulb list when I got the FL home  list, all it would have taken was half a page to add the list
  5. Your on your own, we have all been good lately, and the beer is off

    Yeti vs Evoque

So with you on that one .
  7. I have a 110 facelift and had the auto lights and rain sensor option fitted for that very reason, my last two didn't have it and the mirror was a bit of a pain.
  8. Looks nice, wishing you many happy miles together. I like the quirky look but for me and swmbo it would be a Yeti first but that would come in second, have fun
  9. Enjoy your last few days of Yeti ownership and the new Renegade .
  10. No catch at all, been running the Goodyear 4 season on this Yeti and the last one, 4 years in total they wear well never worn one out yet, changed the Yeti more than the tyres .
  11. . One distinct advantage, and this especially for Wakev, I can now manage to run the gauntlet of all the farm collies in the county simply because they cannot see the thing. It so merges with the mud that, to them, it is just another mound of mud dropped by their man on manoeuvres! George
  12. Maybe it's waiting for the weather to improve
  13. Welcome back , good choice on the colour , mine has a trip through the wood twice a month and I don't get a ear bashing from HRH as the mud is the same colour as the paint . Looking forward to some of your posts again, just remember where the farm collie lives and pass slowly
  14. He needs to put his reading glasses on to see it Graham , IT'S THE BUTTON NEAREST YOU LEFT LEG FRED
  15. Hi and welcome, I currently have the 110 4x4 and don't find it lacking in any situation but with the 4x4 it has the 6 speed box, this is my second 110 4x4, the wife has it during the week and it gets lots of short trips, I just give it a good blast at the weekends and have not had any problems with the DPF. my first Yeti was the 1.2 which again went well, we had a trip to Yorkshire to meet up with a few other members on a little run and it managed to keep up with the 2 140s on some good hills, have a look at this tread. http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/165668-yeti-adventure-the-heartbeat-run/page-2?hl=%20the%20%20heartbeat%20%20run The only reason for change to the 110 was I needed the 4x4, more than happy with both engines, if the new engine line up puts the 1.4 in the right spec with 4x4 that would be my first choice for the current ones replacement in 2 years time.
  16. All the best with you new steed, you can still look in here and let us know how you are getting on with it, that 900000000000 should be sent to Bobs corner with no beer :p . Wish you many happy miles, from another member of the Bobs corner regulars .
  17. Knowing the Skoda UK brochure we will be no wiser after it comes out

    Tyre wear

My Goodyear 4 seasons are worn on the edges on the front but both tyres are wearing the same, as did the set on my last Yeti and no more than I would expect on the front, sounds to me like you have a tracking or camber problem, take it to someone who can check both.
  19. The Skoda fix for the end caps is to glue them on.
  20. Have a look here http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/311368-longer-mud-flaps/ I made mine longer, helps a bit but you will never stop the muck up the rear window.
  21. Make that 6 times now sorry make that 7 times now
  22. Hi my last Yeti had to have the axillary pump replaced at 16k due to a slight weep, they noticed it when it was being serviced and the air con rad replaced, both warranty clams, only paid for the service, the coolant level had hardly moved but it could be the reason for your level drop.
  23. If mines half full it needs filling again
