Crazy door fault following loom wire repair
I am trying to follow all of what you are saying, do I have it correct that you have replaced the loom? And then when that didn't work you changed some door control modules? If this is the case, do you have what part numbers did you fit, as you mentioned you had a "D" part and fitted a "C" part now? And finally did you adjust any coding of the door modules, or just fit?

xenon head light problem
I think you should be ok with a low steady heat not concentrated on a single area for too long, keep it moving and be patient.

xenon head light problem
Odds are it will be N104 648 02 Oval hexagon socket head bolt 4x12mm £0.29 each from dealers Take one out, measure and you will know. Make sure to run the headlights for a few minutes with the back off to clear out any moisture before sealing the door so to speak.

poor connectivity
It's an Audi document, and it's mainly pointing a finger at customer. They do mention that they are going to design a better socket. Odds are this applies to Skoda as well, might be separate document. Take this TPI mainly as a guideline only. 2060718.2 MIB2 MIB2+ - Hardware and ESD damage to USB socket.pdf

Software update
@310golfr So you have 304, and available is 306. Maybe now you have poked and prodded it might stop it for now, if it does come back then at least you know you have a possible update path. One to monitor, fingers crossed.

Virtual Cockpit - Fuel Gauge Not Resetting after Fuelling
It was removed due to a fire risk I do believe, new part to be fitted, but supplies seem low (more destined for factory first no doubt)

Virtual Cockpit - Fuel Gauge Not Resetting after Fuelling
VAG cars are being released with crappy software, but that being said it could be the tank sensor has failed (most likely it would seem?) Take your car now to a garage and top the tank up, if it takes lots to fill then you will know the first garage has an issue with pump, if it takes say £20 or such, then you know the tank is now full. At zero range the car will keep going, it's an indicator only. Tip, hold down power button for radio until it restarts, it's got tenticles everywhere.

USB
I cannot see an issue, the car will still supply it's maximum rating of 1A or 2A charge (whatever it supplies exactly I don't know) It will just mean everything has to share the juice available. Only exception would be if your 4 port USB hub is electrically flakey.

I can read software version, but hard to determine what Software Train is on it. Can you try to hold down your menu/setup button for a few seconds until you enter engineering menu? See if you can sniff out some data for me.

Software update
@310golfr Are you on the same firmware as @Nagus? If you are, then there must be a reason (bug) as to why they keep seeing a non-existant update, this will need sorting out. Sadly unless you do complain to the dealer, then the fault will live on as they won't put much effort into a single car or a few dozen cars getting reported. So if possible, it would be helpful to at least post a picture of your current firmware to at least confirm your findings match each other.

Octavia III trailer lights not working after Rear LED retrofit
It is knowing which module(s) that get adjusted during the coding of the car to tell it that it has towbar electrics, sadly I do not know what get's adjusted. Unless you can locate a function that enables power to be sent to the towbar electrics in the coding with your OEM LED tail lights, then you are stuck. You will have to remove or contact towbar manufacturer for support I suspect.

Non UK Kodiaq
SVM This is Software Version Management. If you take a car at say factory specifications, then it will have stored on "Server42 or Service42" (one of those names) the entire coding for every single module in your car. Now let's say you want to add a towbar, then in order to code things in correctly, and also update the Server42 coding database, then you have to send an SVM code to the server and it will then adjust if valid every module that needs changes making to it. The new coding is stored permanently on Server42 and then is sent to every module in the car that needs updating. No chance of a dealer having a code like this, as I mentioned before, it will need some higher up intervention from importer/Germany/Factory to have them adjust Server42 and then when they code the car it will be adjusted. This all depends on if this is possible as you may have physical hardware changes needed. This is my own interpretation of how the whole SVM and Server42 works.

Egr valve issues
@Crasher I assume you are the very same from VW forums, as you have replied on a thread regarding this fault and the person also reported -270C (might be because it doesn't exist on all model) Maybe you can chime in with some insight as you have superior knowledge?

Non UK Kodiaq
Best of luck with this, also glad the original garage has extended (hopefully in writing) your grace period. Be interesting to see if the Skoda garage can in fact change things, could be a very interesting topic for sure.

Egr valve issues
Well it is indeed very close to absolute zero, maybe you have gotten closer to the finding of a fault away from what you are looking at.
-
Software update
Probably needs going back into the dealers and see what they can do with it, as mentioned before... possible reflash, or they need to make a report to send off down the food-chain to see what Germany/factory has to say about it.
